PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) constitute the sole basis of the commercial relationship between Kasper Studio and its clients. They govern all transactions carried out within the framework of our design sprints and custom services.

ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1 CONTRACTING PARTIES

• The term "Provider" refers to Kasper Studio
• The term "Client" refers to any individual or legal entity engaging the Provider's services
• Both parties are collectively referred to as "the Parties"

1.2 ENFORCEABILITY

• These GTC are systematically communicated prior to any engagement
• Signing a quote or ordering a sprint implies full acceptance of these GTC
• Any contrary conditions put forward by the Client shall not be enforceable
• The Provider's failure to enforce any clause of the GTC shall not constitute a waiver of the right to do so at a later date

1.3 MODIFICATION

• The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time
• The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of quote signature
• A copy of the applicable GTC is systematically attached to the quote
